2024年10月23日，美國(guó)Trina Solar (U.S.), Inc.、美國(guó)Trina Solar US Manufacturing Module 1, LLC,、Trina Solar Co., Ltd天合光能股份有限公司根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷(xiāo)售的特定TOPCon太陽(yáng)能電池、組件、面板、組件和下游產(chǎn)品（Certain TOPCon Solar Cells, Modules, Panels, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same）違反了美國(guó)337條款。

中國(guó)CSI Solar Co., Ltd. of China阿斯特、加拿大Canadian Solar Inc. of Canada、美國(guó)Canadian Solar (USA) Inc. of Walnut Creek, CA、泰國(guó)Canadian Solar Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. of Thailand、美國(guó)Canadian Solar US Module Manufacturing Corporation of Mesquite, Texas、美國(guó)Recurrent Energy Development Holdings, LLC of Austin, TX為列名被告。
